Initiate Your Request

Log into your Treasurebox account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
