How does it work:

• Fabric suites receive a Pelle fabric care kit containing the Pelle fabric protector and the Pelle fabric spot cleaner.
• Leather suites receive a Pelle leather care kit containing the Pelle leather cleaner and the leather conditioner & protector.
• Lounge Suites and Chairs are covered up to the maximum claim amount for a variety of accidental damages (including accidental stains, rips, tears, cuts, seam failure and zipper failure) for 5 years from the date of delivery.
• There is no excess on claims made.
• Customers can claim as many times as required, up to the maximum claim amount.
• If the issue cannot be repaired, the suite may be replaced with the same or similar item (depending on availability and changes in the product).
